Day 3 #StartYourYoga pose: virbhadrasana II / warrior II pose 💗💀 did a hard trail half yesterday and forgot to get a picture so combined day 3/4 together. Nice hip opener for me
Day 4 #StartYourYoga pose: utthita parsvakonasana / extended side angle pose.....this felt absolutely amazing after my run yesterday. Sending extra intentions to my side body and hips from the terrain covered yesterday! #injuryprevention 💗💀
