2 hour trail run!!!

its hot in Florida but let me tell you we live in the best area for scenic runs!!! always interesting and always seeing tons of wildlife!!!

Rattlesnakes on rides...supposed to be a nice zone 1-2 recovery ride. this guy jacked our heart rates up there
