Bosu Strength Training

Mondays I try and use for recovery / strength training after the weekends long workouts.

Today I didn't make it to gym early and had to improvise because tons of people in gym and utilitzing space i usually work out in...

Workout today consisted of:


  • 20 high knees
  • 20 bosu burpees
  • 20 mountain climbers
  • 8 jump squats or if you are in the squat challenge then do 20 pop squats
  • 20 side lunges each leg
  • 20 squat and kicks each leg
  • 50 bycycle crunches on bosu
  • 20 body crawls
  • 20 supermans
  • 20 bosu push-up with knee tuck
  • 20 upside down superman or inverted bird dog
  • 20 switch kicks
  • 20 superman
  • 50 old school crunches
  • 20 bridge with extended leg (each side) 
  • 20 side plank crunch **ouch**
  • 20 balance lunges (I did without weight but you can add weight)
  • 20 frog legs
  • 20 plank and donkey kick (sep leg or you can kick both--total preference)
  • 50 legs up crunches
later today I will jump on computrainer and do a recovery hour ride.

Going to enter into 2016 wide open!
